At BurningTransfers.com, we are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining efficient production standards. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully, as it outlines the conditions under which orders, specifically Gangroll orders and related apparel, are eligible for reprints, returns, or refunds.


1. Gangroll Orders

When placing a Gangroll order with BurningTransfers.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • Artwork Quality:
    The final printed product will reflect the exact artwork you provide at the time of order. If the file you uploaded is of low quality and the resulting print appears low quality, no refund or return will be issued.

  • Size Specifications:
    All size specifications are considered final once submitted. We do not issue refunds for size discrepancies if the product is produced in the size you have supplied, as no modifications are made during the Gangroll process.

  • Duplicate Orders:
    In cases where duplicate orders have been placed accidentally, refunds will not be issued if both orders have already entered production. Refunds may only be considered if the duplicate order has not yet been printed.


2. Apparel and Heatpress-Related Orders

  • Heatpress Issues:
    Apparel that becomes unsable or suffers damage due to the heatpress process is not eligible for refund. We recommend reviewing all product care and processing guidelines provided at the time of purchase.


3. Shipping Delays

  • Missed Events Due to Delays:
    We understand the importance of timely delivery; however, refunds will not be issued for Gangroll orders where shipping delays result in a missed event. By placing your order, you accept that external factors beyond our control may affect delivery timing.


4. Faulty Products and Resolution Options

Your satisfaction is important to us. In the event that our product is clearly faulty, we offer the following resolution options:

  • Reprint:
    A reprint of the affected item will be issued at no additional cost if a clear production fault is identified.

  • Return or Refund:
    If the reprint option is not acceptable to you, we may consider a return or refund on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service team with your concerns, and we will evaluate the situation to determine the most appropriate resolution.

6.Order Communication and Cancellation Policy

In certain cases, we may need to contact you regarding your order. All communication will be conducted through the email address associated with your account at the time of purchase. If we do not receive a response within 14 days, your order will be canceled, and the full amount will be issued as store credit to your website account. If you prefer a refund instead of store credit, please contact us at support@burningbrandstexas.com
. Please note that refunds are subject to a10% processing fee.
